i cut down from 18% bf to 7% in 3 months!

we're talkin 2000 cals a day, 500mg susta per week, a.m cardio 4-5 times a week. a nightmare i must admit.
efedrine boosted my energy levels like crazy.
but the following day was horrible.. harsh harsh crash!
so what did i do? i took more.
after about 6 weeks or so, it took 100mg a day to get the same boost that only 50mg induced.
after 10 weeks i was up to 150mg a day.
anyhow, i'm glad that i'm still alive to post about it.. lol.
in all seriousness though, the following day after taking efedrine is the worst day of your life!
does it work great for fat loss and workout boost? yes.
is it worth doin it every now and then? yes.
is it smart to do every day or eod? no!
risky risky stuff. be smart!
