Down to my last pill of ephedra

I ordered some ephedrine hcl as a replacement, and was wondering what everybody though of it as far as a pre-workout supplement for enegy...

The first time you take it you really have the jitters, it will prevent you from sleeping but after a few days you'll get used to

The stimulation depends on many factors (dosage, age, sex, ...)
In average 3-6 hours

The comedown ? not too bad
Coffee helps

Is 25 mg for pre-workout sufficient? I used to take 25 mg of ephedra, so I'm just wondering in the E HCL is "stronger" or "weaker" on a milligram by milligram basis.

Harman_2005... i read that in a ECA stack that 20 mgs is the dosage. so im guessing its pretty much the same mg to mg

I'll have to go ahead and disagree with most people on this thread. Most of the supplements which contained ephedra alkaloids had an active ingredient of the Ma huang herb. I preferred this method of consumption because it seemed to have much more of a timed release effect. Now when I take Ephedrine Hcl, it is the pure chemical in the tablet form and it all goes right into your bloodstream. I feel much more adrenal burnout from it afterwards. You can buy Ephedrine Hcl online in Vasopro or Bronc-eze. They are also available in some mini-mart type stores.

yes its legal in canada, which is actually the best place to get it from.
