Ephedrine Tricks

Just wanted some input on the most effective way to use Ephedrine and any other supps that work in synergy with it.
Dosages?
What kind of nutrient ratios work well with it?
Do you need carbs in the diet to help it work?

When taking Clen we should be taking Taurine for T3. Does this apply to ECA too?
 
best use of efedrine is the pure hydrocholride in 50mg doses.

chew for faster absorption then wait 20-30 before exercise.
i'm not a fan of aspirin but certainly will have a cup of very strong coffee with efedrine.

you WILL, however, have troubles sleeping. irritability is only mild.
nausea is rare and only in the first few days.

strongly recommed the time on=time off theory....
2 days on, 2 days off. or... 1 week on, 1 week off. etc.

What is it and where does it come from?

Dosaging:

Take 1 dosage AM (i.e. before breakfast) and then up to 4-5 dosages per day.
Try to time them 1 hour before each meal which will help suppress your appetite thus making dieting easier to stomach.

200mg Caffeine (Pro Plus)
300mg Asprin (1 tab)

ephedrin is the bomb man but your body gets used to it quick depending on your goals i would do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.-josh
 
Thanks bros. Good info. I'm using it for 2 weeks, in between my Clen cycles.
Anyone know how much caffeine there is in:
Instant coffee (2 teaspoons)
Tea
Green Tea?

best thing to do is just go to walmart and buy a box of generic caffeine tabs for a little over $2.00, they are 200mg and come in boxes of 40, then just take 1 tab with each dose of E and you are set...just be sure and take a ID with you because they have to card for them to make sure you are 18...

My personal favorite is 30mg eph and 2 prolean2 caps twice a day.
I dont get the shakes of that.
Definitely dont cycle eph, the longer you use it the doesnt affect its fat burning properties just your perception of its effects.
 
Bottom line:
Ephedrine is to be cycled. Your body adapts to daily use in about 12 weeks. After that, you should take 3-5 weeks off and start again. Pumpuii Canada has 300 tabs of Ephedrine (8mg) for reasonably cheap. Do a search on the net.

Your body never adapts to caffeine use, so you can use it daily.

I'd have to agree with Satch on that one. After a few weeks of taking it, it actually makes me feel tired when I take it. Definitely have to cycle this stuff.
 
Cycling on efedrine is a must! A cycle of 2 weeks on/off alternating with ephedrine and clen seem to work for many bros.

I'm in the UK: the best caffeine tabs are "Pro-Plus": 50mg. Wish we could get those 200mg you get over in the US!
So how about the caffeine mg's for:
Coffee (instant :2tsp)
