ephedrine on max days?

I tried ME day on ephedrine last week and had a great workout. Is it worth doing it on a regular basis? I weigh 160 and am trying to add weight -- so I like to keep my metabolism as low as possible, but it really gives you an extra kick on those ME exercises.
 
It really does help, try a big black cup of coffee, either way make sure your hydrated. I would only do it every once in awhile though.
 
We workout at 5:30 AM, so I've been using ephedrine on a normal basis for months. If you're trying to gain weight though, I'm not sure I'd recommend it. I'm at 180 off of 200. Given, I'm losing a little weight right now for my wedding, so it's not all the ephedrine. If you eat like a crazy freak you should still not have too much trouble gaining weight. Maybe just stick to the ephedrine on ME days, and lay off of it the rest of the time. Remember that in most cases involving ephedrine, weight loss only occurs with consistent use (2 pills 3 times a day or whatever). So your metabolism won't see to much of a difference with rare usage.
 
I often take ECA before a workout if I feel i need a boost. You dont really have to worry about it increasing your metabolism if you are only taking one dose.
 
I use eph on all my worjout days, but you have to remember that it will help you lose weight, but not hurt you on muscle loss. It will help you max, but be careful on how much you take when you are doing it...trust me, it will help you out to reach your gains and will help you increase your strength as you do your reguler workouts...no need to keep it for maxing out only..
 
dont overdo it

ephedrine = good times (as wendler put it) but it taxes your cns. you will start over-relying on it, and you will also wind up dragging ass on your other days.

i used to mix up 10 in a carb drink (a the old days...)

Once upon a time I used ephedrine alot...loved Ultimate Orange, but it is hard to find any more. I got to a point where I was reliant on it for a good workout. That was no place to be. So I stopped using it...and now use COFFEE!!!
