Ephedrine!!!!HELP

Hi bros, I on a diet whit ephedrine arsan 50mg. Every day a take 150mg/3tabs · Ephedrine, and I have 150tabs/50mg...How long should a use Ephedrine , dosent the body get used whit the Ephedrine. Ephedrine is the only thing a can fix...Please tell me how to use the Ephedrine on the best way to burn fat....PEACE bros

Your taking 50mg each time you take ephedrine? Are you sure?

Anyway, I would not go over 100mg/day. Its not needed.
Use 5 days on, 2 days off. Use for 6-8 weeks, then cycle off for at least 2 weeks.

That way your body will not 'adapt' as much.

no more than 100mg a day, if you start to get anxiety attacks (i start to get them when on ephedra for a while) stop taking for about a week or so, cuz they will get worse.

Yes, your body will adapt to the Ephedrine. I used an ECA stack 5 out of 7 days a week for 3 years. (low dose though). I took it in mornings during cardio. I used to be wired all day long, but now if I take it I actually get more fatiqued as the day goes by.

I would suggest cycling the stuff. -a couple of months on, a couple months off, etc.......or as desired results are accomplished.

Oh, and keep in mind that it's the high dosages AT ONCE that makes ephedrine harmful. Spread the doses out as in daily instead of a lot at one time! -Your heart will thank you

Yeah, but you also multiply the chance for negative side effects many times over when you add caffiene. Just so you guys know, the AMA recommends against combining ephedrine and caffiene at any dosage. Whether there's aspirin with it or not.

I realize the word of the AMA is not exactly respected around here... but they have good reason here, considering what ECA's do to blood pressure. Ephedrine spikes blood pressure MUCH higher than other stimulants... and mixed with caffiene, its just alot more dangerous than ephedrine alone.

i.e. this is a thermogenic fat burning stack, similar to every other one on the shelf. like xenedrine, hydroxycut.. etc.
