Ephedrine dosage: how much do you take?

I remember when I first started experimenting with ephedrine, it was great! I couldn't get enough. It only took small amounts back then (7-8 yrs ago), maybe 30mg with my coffee.
Over the years I've grown tolerant though, which sucks. I don't take the ephedrine everyday, maybe once or twice a week before heavy lifting days...but the amount I need is about 120-150mg with a few cups of coffee.
How much do you consume and how often?

120 - 150 mg in one sitting?? Bro, that is going way overboard. Increasing your dosage is not a smart move. What will you do when 150 mg doesn't give you the same boost? Keep increasing the dosage ? You're heading into overdose country.

Sure, the longer you take ephedrine, the weaker the energy boost - but the thermic effect remains just as effective.

You're just pushing your luck if you go over 75 mg daily (divided into three doses of 25 mg).

Remember that irresponsible use is one of the reasons that ephedrine gets such bad press.
 
I took 100mg by accident once. Great buzz, but I thought my heart was going to explode, and I couldn't sleep for about two days.

I'd say any more than 50mg in one sitting is too much. And even 50mg is pushing it, imo.

Remember, it is a drug and it's ment to be cycled. Don't be one of those assholes who uses it everyday -- you'll end up a statistic, bud.

NO, plain ephedrine HCL is stronger
but norephedrine helps as an appetite suppressant
 
Usually 25mg's 3 X per day.

When dieting, 50mg 3X per day.....with caffeine, T3, and yohimbine, etc, of course.

Never more than 37.5 mg in one day, or 12.5 mg per dose. Just enough to kill my appetite and give me a little boost.

And yes, I do agree with all of you. I have made some poor decisions in the past when it comes to ephedrine. I am currently off almost entirely (use 30-60mg once p/week maybe) so I'm using my head much more.
I am surprised however that nobody else has gone for the dosages I've tried, although it's refreshing to see.
Currently I'm just hitting a cup of coffee before workouts and nothing else.
