Ephedrine/Caffiene/Aspirin - 20/200/20 - Is more better?

ECA 20/200/20 3 x daily is the standard reccomendation for weightloss.

any opinions or experiences on whether upping those doses and/or increasing number of doses per day is beneficial to fat loss (while losing as little muscle as possible) or does it become too catabolic ?
 
I don't take if for weight loss as I don't really see that it works all that well for that purpose with me. I take 2 ephedrine (25mg each), 2 caffeine (200mg each) and 1 aspirin (325mg) about an hour before hitting the gym. I lift like an animal and the 30 minutes cardio afterwards is a breeze!

I've been doing this for almost 7 years with small breaks now and then.

where do you get all your supplements?

I am not a fan of eph. I think it is a killer.
I limit my asp to one 80 mg daily with my wo drink, which happens to be coffee.

More than any combo like this, I found pulling fast carbs out of my diet to be the most powerful way to lose fat and stored water of all changes.

This includes all granulated sugers, fruits, grains and flours. In their place, lots of animal flesh and veggies.

When I do this, I start dumping water within 24 hours. After that comes the fat burning. I actually have to add in some oatmeal and berries to stop the loss.

I follow pretty close to the same as this... Works fucking great I love it.... ;)

yeah thats prettymuch what I do as well, since I'm always on a relatively low fat diet anyway even when bulking - this last time around I added in alot of peanut butter which helped the gains, but also left more fat to diet off. time to break out the clen lol.
