Been reading many posts about which fat burner is best. My apology if this info is redundant but just my 2 cents on the topic. First, the aspirin part is mainly to thin the blood and allow vasodilation for transport, bottom line...the EC stack will burn fat basically just as well as ECA. This is important for those who crash hard, are sensitive to stimulants, or are prone to liver issues. Next, before all the "new" energy drinks were around it was good ole ECA or EC for fatburning. When the dime dropped on Ephedrine (as Ephedrine hydrochloride/Ephedra) and the shelves were empty of E the response was a series of drinks, pills, and marketing for new fat burners. Since this time, basically no new fat burning "substance" has been introduced. Most are a combo of herbs, Synehphrine (very weak for fat burning), and things like bitter orange, etc...And oh lets not forget what the main ingrediant is now...Caffeine. Caffeine simply became the new Ephedrine (for the most part, many still had access to E). So in a nutshell, the best fat burner bar Clen, DNP, and the hardcore stuff....is still ECA or EC in proper dosages. Research actually shows as little as 5-10 mg of Ephedrine with 75-100mgs of Caffeine will burn as much fat as 20-25 mg E and 200mg of C (using 2-3x/day). lets remember...Caffeine, although a decent fat burner, was never able to increase body temp and Central nervous activity like Ephedrine. Many of the new drinks out there today will give you a huge rush, but at the "cellular lever" for lack of a better word...they just dont burn fat like old school ECA. Finally...I LOVE Energy drinks and will continue to enjoy them...but if we look back...nobody really would have replaced a good ECA stack with a Thermadrine drink with no E now would we? Again...just my opinion and curious to hear who agrees or not.
