M macrophage69alpha New member Nov 2, 2004 #2 EC affects water balance and several secondary systems that affect "pump". its fairly normal. Drinking more water and consuming more high glycemic carbs will offset this.

E & C are vaso-constrictive, & C is a diuretic. so water-logged muscles from estrogen & creatine will be reduced, and the infusion of blood to working muscles will be reduced. ie less pump.
