i am opn test-cyp , deka and recintly just stopped dbol.... is ok to take 50 mg of ephedrine every day....???

Yes, why? Are you looking to drop water/bloated look? If bulking you need to realize that the added water retention will help with strength which will later help with mass.

I despise Propionate with a passion, Enanthate and Cypionate are so close to the same thing it almost wouldn't matter but Cypionate was my first cycle years ago so I'm partial to it.

i am gona run winstorl and low does of cypionate and high does eqiupoise for my cutting cycle and probably take ephedrine twice a day

You can do it, but its just a little counterproductive if bulking is your goal. I don't like propionate for a couple reasons, but I'm a little biased. I hate most cutters, my worst cycle ever was trenbolone acetate, propionate, and anavar. Wasn't impressed with the strength, wasn't thrilled with the ED shots, and the vascularity wasn't anything I couldn't achieve without proper diet and cardio.

Cypionate is an odd choice for a cutter.

Is it true in your experience that Test P causes fewer sides? I know bloat is supposed to be less, is that due to less estrogen sides? Is the DHT conversion rate the same? Sorry if these q's are kinda newbish.
