Very good. In my state Ephedra is still legal even now, and cheap,--$5.00 per 48 count bottle in select gas stations--but I prefer the powdered form mixed in my black coffee with an aspirin. The powdered form I used to buy I ordered from the cheapest--that I've found--natural supplement wholesaler called: Beyond-a-Century (20 dollar kilo of Creatine, 40 dollar kilo of Glutamine).
Tell me, Ephedra is legal in all states? I guess I haven't watched the news lately...
Thanx
PS--I like E more for a pre-workout boost, but YES used properly it does kill appetite and burn fat (for me). I think Ephedra is possibly the only legal supplement that actually does anything (I use Creatine & L-Glutamine, but wonder if even those two supposed worthwhile "working" supplements are worth a dime. Anyone's BP or SQ gone up noticeably on just Creatine? Mine haven't..).
As most of us know, Ephedra does work (& safely too unless there's serious heart problems present or way too much too long). This "lifted ban" knowledge gives me great hope and joy.
I've always liked this stuff. Little shaky and open-eyed nights at times--my fault--but I like Ephedra.
Hate Gravity--it'll get us all in the end.
