On April 14th 2005 in Salt Lake City a Unites States Judge struck down the ban on ephedra. Judge Tena Campbell ruled in favor of a Utah based supplement company challenging the Food and Drug Administration's ban. The ruling keeps the agency from enforcing action against the sale of ephedra until further review is done.
Be advised, some individual states have passed laws against the sale of ephedra. These laws still stand. We can not ship to New Jersey, Illinois and Texas.
What do ya'll think?...Could we see some new fatburnerson the market albiet not as good as it once was but should be an improvement no?
