I subscribe to it. However, usually i find one worthwhile interesting article in there. Most of it, like you said, is rehashed articles of "yes you can do it!", "franchising rules", typical emotion-appealing rhetoric to basically sell the magazine.
I find most of my *useful* knowledge from magazines coming from Black Enterprise. It's got a much livelier spirit of "education", helping" and "getting to the point with details", and a lot less of the hard-sell of non-stop dreams found in other entrepreneur magazines. It's usually filled every month from real stories, issues and challenges from black business owners -- which is a holy grail of information to learn from. I couldn't even begin to tell you the amount of entertainment contacts and partners i've derived from that mag.
