Enough Test? Deca/winny50/omna250

Is omna 250 1x a week enough to compliment the deca/winny?
My 1st cycle was just some cyp. 400g 1x a week, and imo respomded pretty well to it? your thought?

a little off topic but on my 1st cycle I paid $30 a shot for the cyp. Is that steep or what?
 
You paid 30 USD for one shot (200mg) Cipionat ?? Are you a millionare or what ??
If 250mg Omna is enough depends on your goals!! Usually with
250mg Test you only depress your own Test production-to make
real gains you should at least take 500mg weekly! Add 400mg
Deca-the whole thing for 8 weeks!
Cut down Deca to 200mg weekly and add your Winni with 50mg
e.o.d. for 5 weeks !! Should help you out !!

Nope definately not a millionaire, a sucker who didnt know any better tho, hell I didnt complain at the time 1st cycle, no other source etc.
As for the omna I will have 500g available, deca300 got 10cc,winny got it covered. hmmmmm.
More help/ideas please?

btw- goals are get my body weight up and keep it there, and some strength for competing in MA.

I beg to differ. You do not need that much at all. Since you are a rookie and done only 1 cycle make sure you recover properely. Second on your next cycle you ca freely use 1 amp of omnadren per week with some deca added in. Adding the Wintroll will give you only a slight anabolic increase, so save it for coming off a cycle.
You should definitely learm more about AS. Learn which are classified as type 1, 2 or 3. Each type hits different receptors and make for stellar gains. This is why traditionally Deca and D-ball or testosterone have worked so well, as has Primo and D-ball because when stacked they hit opposite receptors, making for more synnergism. For expample Trembolone is both a class 1 and 2. This is why it works so well for almost everyone. Anyway learn the gritty chemistry about anabolic medications and you will be able to construct logical cycles gaining you substantial muscle from small doses.
