glutamine is glutamine, but remember glutamine's absorbtion rate is next to none... so you might want to invest in one of the more expensive brands to see if their delivery systems help with uptake. Ask around on the supplement board to see if anyone has seen tests with the newer glutamines. I've always used TAG glutamine... "trans-anyl-glutamine" Supposedly is more easily absorbed... might be BS though... read up, and make sure you buy the biggest container you can as the stuff goes quickly.
