Enlarged Prostate.

I know that Saw Palmento works to keep test from converting into DHT and cause prostate enlargement.

But will it or anything else help for someone who already has symptoms or is surgery the only real cure???

Guess who. I would see a doc about that bro. I'm notentirely clear of the long term effects but I'm not comfortable with possible prostate problems and I wouldn't rely on OTC supps to help me remedy that kind of side provided it doesn't subside post-cycle that is.

Proscar works well for a lot of people who have enlarged prostates. It did for me. Mine shrunk back to normal and my PSA dropped into the normal range as well. The doctor also prescribed Hytrin, an alpha blocker that does not affect your prostate but relaxes the muscles at the base of your bladder making it easier to pee.

You should get it checked out.

frequent night time urination, the feeling of having to urinate just after you have went, a weak stream, sometimes painful urination.

spontanious ejaculation is also a side of enlarged prostate. i am not kidding on this one, it has happened to me.... this is also why i only use conservative test doses and might stop using it altogether.

Would a strong nsaid like vioxx help an enlarged prostate?

Seems like proscar and vioxx together would be a potent combo.

only thing that will really help it is antibiotics, i know i have had probs w/prostate before its not fun going to the doc and having him feel around inside yer arshole...yuck

Depends on whats causing the enlargement. If its an infection due to blockage (sorry cant remember the official term) then often times the doc will massage the prostate to try and clear the blockage (which is what caused an infection) and treat with antibiotics as liquidmuscle pointed out.

I was having trouble on 1g of test a week and Fina and I started to take 1g of Saw a day. One week I could piss normal. Drink lots of water and take the saw. If that doesn't work see a doc.
