Engineering technician

OK nursing sucks. and the professors are super anal, and im worried about flunking out because i am not 'social' enough. Also the job is alot different than i had expected. Im thinking of quitting nursing and starting off with an A.S. in engineering technology then transferring that to a B.S. in engineering.

The fields where an A.S. is transferrable to a B.S. at IUPUI are electrical, mechanical, civil, construction,

Archetechural & civil A.S. degrees transfer to B.S. in construction engineering
biomedical & electrical A.S. transfer to B.S. in electrical.
mechanical A.S. transfers into a mechanical B.S.

The job market seems biggest for mechanical, electrical and civil engineers so i'd want one that transfers to a B.S. in one of those fields. Im afraid of electrical because im afraid it has something to do with IT and IT is not reliable right now.

im thinking i'd enjoy mechanical most of all so i'm looking at pursuing that AS degree.

Keep in mind i'm not at risk of flunking out due to academics. i am usually one of the first done with a test, i barely study and i usually am in the top 10% of hte class. So academically im fine.

Its the clinical part im fucking up on. I do not socialize enough or live up to the professor's anal idea of a 'loving' nurse, things like that thats fucking me up.
