energy problems, please help

first of all i have to apologize for any inconvienence but i originally posted this question on the life extension board and received no responses. i'm 22 years old and work out 4 times and maintain a pretty solid diet. however, my energy levels are sporatic throughout the day. and often times i just completely lack motivation and become lethargic except when i am actually working out. i was wondering if their were any over the counter vitamins or herbs i can take to help maintain healthy energy levels. any responses are greatly appreciated.:fro:
 
Ephedra, ECA stacks, some say ginseng... but I'm skeptical and have never tried it. The ECA stacks will get you moving, Xenadrine is a good one.

I beliece you think the food you eat is not right? I believ that too... I'm currently on a diet too, and I sort of get lazy in the day... I try to get my vitamins, and eat a little more variated. Eat veggies, they hold lots of vitamins... MAke sure you get enough water, and eating 6 times a day helped for me too...

yeah you assclown, maybe if you drank enough water, got 9 hours of sleep, and ate at least 6 solid meals per day, PLUS actually ate enough calories in those meals, then maybe you might not be so goddamn tired!

Then again, it could be the HIV! :FRlol:

i know exactly what you mean bro. i feel the same way, and i'm on a cutting cycle right now.

i think when i go on a strict diet, i get lazy and shit. it's more psychological than anything. Also, your body goes into a shock, and is readjusting. Sleep is very important too, which i don't get enough of.

How about in the gym? do you feel sometimes that your energy gets low sometimes?
