first of all i have to apologize for any inconvienence but i originally posted this question on the life extension board and received no responses. i'm 22 years old and work out 4 times and maintain a pretty solid diet. however, my energy levels are sporatic throughout the day. and often times i just completely lack motivation and become lethargic except when i am actually working out. i was wondering if their were any over the counter vitamins or herbs i can take to help maintain healthy energy levels. any responses are greatly appreciated.
