OK bro, here is my take on AAS for endurance athletes, as I dod endurance sports, including triathalons, for about a decade....
In my experience, there are really no AAS that address the performance issues that endurance athletes have. When I did half-Ironman, and full Ironman tris, I tried using low dose test prop while training. The result was a small, but noticable amount of bloat. This may have added about 5 lb of weight to my frame at the time. Try dragging 5 extra lbs around in an Ironman, though, and the results are less than spectacular, especially when running. And I'm not even getting into shin pumps while running, and lower back pumps while hunched over aero-bars on the bike leg.
IF you want to use AAS, my recommendatiion would be EQ. It has seemed to increase red blood cell count more quickly, and more drastically than any other AAS I have used. I would recommend using a maximum of 400mg/wk.
Stay away from Winny, as it will kill your knees and ankles in tris.
However, not to be a dick, but if you are asking what AAS to use for tris, then perhaps you need to do some more research on the specific properties of all of the AAS out there. Don't get into something that you don't fully understand, bro. You have your long term health to think about.
