Wow!! I have not been on here in awhile and all the vets seem like they left... Omega and needto you guys are stiil here and that good to see. So a question for you tw good bros.
I have had to switch my workouts from bodybuilding to endurance training. Im talking severe military endurance. So my first question is about Cortisol. If I do a test cycle for four weeks to get faster time on long marhces with about 75 lbs on my back and more push ups, sit ups, will it benefit me afterwards with my endurance training or will I be worse off because of a cortisol spike. Hope you understand the question I kinda made it confusing I think.
Two: what can increase lung capacity...Ephedra? But I dont want to lose any weight.
I know I may be asking for the impossible.I just dont want to lose size or strength but I have to get my endurance up for long endurance training that takes you to the brink of exhaustion.
