Ended Test C after 4 weeks...PCT???

I had to abruptly stop my Testosterone Cypionate cylce early after 4 weeks due to a dibilitating hand injury, need 6 weeks off lifting per Dr.
So far
Test C 200mg every Mon and Thurs=400mg/week
Arimidex .25mg EOD

Do I need PCT?
Bodybuilder friend says no but I read the opposite everywhere.

When can I start back up as well

I would still run a minor PCT. 4 weeks is going to shut you down to some extent. Try running a bottle of Test Stack for a month to get you back on track. Once you are healed get back in the gym and after about a month you should be able to start another cycle in my opinion

I have my tamoxifen on hand, can't I just run that for four weeks then off for two more then restart cycle by Jan 12th? I just didn't want to waste it if it was unneeded.

No bro that is a horrible idea. That is not a good PCT practice, and you need to take just as much time off after PCT as the length of your cycle. You can't just jump on another cycle.

I thought, what everyone has told me and research I've done that after your cycle, mine was test cypionate, wait 14-18 days, then start a 4 week PCT (clomid/tamoxifen) wait another 2weeks which equals 8 total weeks off after being in for only 4. Just help me understand why that's wrong.... What am I missing here

PCT does not count as time off. The rule of thumb is always time on plus PCT equals time off, so 4 weeks on, 2 weeks clear time, 4 weeks PCT equals 8 weeks off AFTER the last day of PCT. Hope that makes sense to you

So I need2 weeks to clear
Then start 4 weeks of tamoxifen
Then be off everything for 8 more weeks?
Totaling 14 weeks total from last pin?

My plan was, since I stopped short on a 10 week cycle at week 4 was..
Off everything for 2 weeks
Then my 4 week tamoxifen
Then 3 weeks of nothing
Get test level drawn and do my full 10 week cycle if test level is normal value
