End of cycle help

I went on a 7 week cycle: 75mg ED, 50 mg ED propionate, 6 weeks winny 50mg ED. I bought some anavar to run for 4 weeks. What is the best way to do this ... when should I start taking the clomid, can I use the clomid while on the anavar? Any help will be appreciated, thanks!
