Ok im 23yrs old never done this but already got it. Not sure how to do this and what i need besides protien and a pct. I weight 135 pounds all learn. Ive tried to gain weight over the years but never could. can anyone help me out on how much to do once a week on a 10 week cycle and when to start the pct? any help would be great. i need everything i can get. im sick of bein the small guy. i want to be the big guy.
