Why is my email shut down and asking for me to pay to reactivate it? I allready paid a few months ago.

If you do not access it atleast once every three weeks it will be deactivated. I don't know if your stored info will even be in there anymore, but it looks like you have not paid as you are not platinum...

It doesn't matter if you are Platinum. The Platinum e-mail accounts are totally separate.

Not if you have a Platinum e-mail acct no. But being Platinum on this site doesn't get you a Platinum e-mail acct.
