Elliptical trainer recommendation

I am planning to replace my old spin bike with a new elliptical trainer, but don't have much knowledge about gym equipments. I searched online and found there are tons of elliptical trainers are available to choose from. I also checked out some websites (eg. nextag.com, dealrocker.com etc..) and found big price differences. Can anyone point me in the right direction and recommend a good brand/model from own experience? My budget is under $450.
