Empty your cache, dude. I am gonna presume that you are using Internet Explorer.

Tools > Internet Options.

- "Delete files" button mid way down.

Close IE.

Reopen IE.

Goto the mail site.

Type in your username. ****Hit enter**** DO NOT CLICK ON THE "GO" button.

It should work for you.
