Elitemail? Anyone else have this problem?

When i try and log onto my elitemail account, i get an error saying the account was deactivated. The page then gives me a link in order to 'pay' for a premium account and have it reactivated.

The link for 'trouble logging in' gives me an XML error.

I had some important addresses in that account and i NEED to access them asap.

Anyone else have this problem?

Everyone been having these problems lately.
You need to access your email at least once every 3 weeks.
If not it locks up and the only way to get in is to pay the fee.

they should remove the 'free email' link
