one of my buddies is from Steroid Encyclopedia board and he said they were talking shit about our board and shit...i mean yea its a free board hence we can get some assholes...but i mean the guys on here that are regulars are the real dudes not the few assholes making lame posts...but thats what i wanted to say inregards to the haters over there...but since its a pay board and my friend let me view the page heres some exceprts of what was said...(the big fact was that it was one of their mods)

SE is a pay site so I can't comment on its contents.

However, regarding this site, I think those comments are mostly bullshit. I registered about a month ago because I know I need to research before I do my first cycle. I make it a point to research first and, if still confused, I will post a question. The questions I have asked have been answered thoughtfully and some have taken the time to write lengthy responses.

Sure, there are some assheads out there. But, the longer I am here, the easier it is to spot who has posed or responded to a question in a sincere attempt to learn for himself and/or educate others. This is particularly important for newbies such as myself who don't want to fuck this important decision up.

My knowledge has grown exponentially over the course of a month. Of course it is easy when you start at square 1. However, I glean at least a few worthwhile nuggets of info each day.
 
First, so what. Who cares what others think.

Second, when people are not in first place, they end to dog whoever is in first place.

Third, depending on when you happen to log on to Elite, you may just see a full page of worthless posts by 16 year olds. But stick around and you'll see vets setting them straight. One of the greatest things about this board is all the input from a great variety of people.

You get what you put into this board.

As much as I love this board, there are a few valid points there.
There are a select "bunch" of guys here that really know, and
then there are "too many" kids that don't have a fuckin clue that
are obsessed with post numbers. I don't like people slamming
MY board (because this is pretty much the ONLY board I frequent)
but...what are we going to do about it?..start saying stupid shit
like "Let's fuck dem up" and "Fuck them, they suck"? Once
you have been on this board you who is who. I have a GREAT
amount of respect for MOST of the MODS and MANY of the members (I say MOST of the MODS because I don't know them
all) and yes, even YOU Doofy! I got a good laugh outta you
today so you DO serve a purpose. Peace

I am a member of se.com and have been for a while. I saw the post and yes they were bashing.

However, the way I see it is they are entitled to their opinion. Some of the points they make are valid. And believe me I could make just as many comments about their site. However, most of the bros over there are really good guys.

Most of the MODS at Se.com are very, very, knowledgeable as several of the MODS here at Elite are. They actually have a lot of very profession people working there and they are a great site.

I can’t bash them, because, I feel that I am above that type of behavior. All of us here should be as well. When we start talking shit back all it does is prove their claims.

Let them say what they want. Most of the people that replied to that thread were newbie’s etc. They few good bros and MODS that replied actually made good points (mind you, we could do the same to them)

So instead of bashing them back, lets be the grown up and go about what we do here at Elite, and that is KICK ASS!!!

We got some super smart MODS here that know their shit, so don’t worry about other site!

Talk is just that...talk

I have been here for a few months, long enough to gather the information I needed to get a good cycle going, first in 5 years, and also some very good advice from some very smart individuals. A free board is just like hanging out at a gym, some people know what they are talking about and other people talk a pile of shit. All we can do is continue to help the newbies, like myself, become better informed lifters. I agree with the comment made above, I forget now by whom, I'll pay for a site when there are free ones out there.

In my opinion E.F. is a terriffic board! Since I started coming to this board I haven't gone a day without atleast reading a post that I have found interesting or informative.

Let those guys talk whatever trash they want, this is the internet! What the hell is the point?? If they were in my gym and talking shit I might pull a swoleyoley,(sp?), on there ass; but it's not "real" time.

And to say there are pricks on both boards would be true , hell just cant get away from em in this world ..
but in the year or so that iv been here and at s.e Iv learned so much , realy, at the cost of sounding really sucky ,I feel very lucky to have had access to so much unfiltred, non goverment sactioned info !!:)
knowledge is power and you have a core group here that is kick ass when it comes to gear .
focus on that ,dont worry about what was said ,as we all have our own opinions and anybody reading what was said over there at s.e ,will just come here themselves and cheak out elite and make up there own mind ..

I'm a memebr of SE too and I think there were many valid points made on there about how much this place sucks.... and lets not forget that this site is a pay site too that costs waaay more per year than SE does with basically the same features, better mods less bullshit, more credibility and lets not forget instant acess to a list of tried and true suppliers not all the source today/scammer tomorrow shit you get on here, and let me just say that only one fourm on here is free, the anabloic forum used to attract dummasses to George Spellwins dumb ass phoney baloney products, go ahead and delete this fuckers!!!

This post was started by a member of this board who was interested in SE and what we had to say for this peice of shit place.... If you like it here, that's fine by me... ignorance is bliss....

If you want acess to all this site has to offer, then you have to pay for it - a lot more then SE for a lot less then SE has to offer...
 
Who really cares.... having an argument over the computer is one of the dumbest things one can do.....Elite is our community....I personally feel that it is the BEST and most imitated board on the net...I think more useful info comes from this board than any other ...And even those who bash us still have to come see what Elite is cooking up...But there are a few Damn good boards floating around also...

These people on these boards are a joke. Listen to them, and they want to say that post on S.E. isn't right. They all sound like little 16 yr olds if you listen to their comments. I do come on here once and a while to check it out. And I always get good laughs from it. Like the laugh of a thread like this one right here.

I agree muscleup. Bottom line is that we come here becuse it is our community, plane and simple. I also go to at least 6 other boards and I have been a member of se.com for about a year.

Each place has there own good and bad. But to sit around crying out people bashing other boards is way to preteen for me.

We have got a shitload of great MODS, intelligant members, shit we have chemists and all sorts of shit here. SE is awesome and I love it there as well, lots of hardcore big guys, but to be honest, I think their source area is way outdated and shitty. Most of those guys are triple of what a normal source is and their domestics suck ass.

Regardless, I love se.com and a lot of other boards. I am a MOD at 2 other boards, but spend most of my time here becuase it is my community.

Why even worry about it. It's not like it hasn't happened in the past and it's surely going to happen again.

If you walk away from any board with more knowledge than before you came... then it's a good board. Peroid!

Most of these flames come from adolescents that have nothing better to do then to start trouble. Do a search on their name. Chances are you will find a lot of negative posts or posts that have little to no probative value.

Just a thought!
