George, you run a fantastic business! First of all, I absolutely love Triple Threat! It's nutritionally sound, tastes great, and is a great value... not to mention it's delivered to my door in days. In addition, your customer service department is awesome! My Vanilla TT has been on back order for a while, so I dropped your team an e-mail about it. "MQ" responded back immediately explaning the problem. He then sincerely apologized, assured me that my Vanilla TT would be sent out by Monday, AND gave me a 10% discount on my next two orders! WOW!
