Nice!...I'm ordering mine this weekend. It'll be my last kick into my ending cycle.

It's still kinda pricey to me because I'm broke but I would try it to avoid post-cycle catabolism if I could find more people that have tried it and support it (besides you Omega :) ).

here is some more feedback thats very recent:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=183266&highlight=gplenish

we will be doing a similar test elswhere in a month as well

also thanks for even considering trying it

:)

its just one of those things where you have to have a bit of trust to go ahead and get, but take your time, and please pm me any time if you need more info or whatever.....

oh and here is the going rate for a good GP:

http://www.nextgenproteins.com/gpblast.asp

this for 1000 grams where ours is around 1300

I might add it to my post cycle... my only question is:

If I eat like 300grams of protein per day (actually 400 now that I'm on), there must be plenty of glutamine in that...

So what would be the difference of taking 15 grams of peptides separately?

That's the only thing making me a little skeptical.

BTW Omega, I have another question for you since you reccommend creatine along with gplenish. Creatine has never done a thing for me, but I know it works because I've seen a couple of friends get amazing results from it, but I get nothing. Why could this be? Do you have any brand that you recommend or a way of taking it? Just thinking about optimizing post cycle.

Yes it would make a difference. The reason is that the glutamine you get in you protein powder doesn't survive your digestion of it so it does you no good. The purpose of using the peptide is that by protecting it from your stomach enzymes it will make it into your system so your muscles can use it.

So - where's the REVIEW?

I am a big AF Store fan, don't get me wrong. just hate these super-long-ass-rambling-threads (like the one linked above) where people BS about everything under the sun ... and somewhere .... buried within all that .... someone mentions a product ......... and then three pages later ....... they mention their results ....... and we are supposed to weed through all of the chatter.

Where, ... oh where ... (for those of us who would rather not troll through 4 pages of chit-chat) is a REVIEW? A review where someone (hopefully several people) says "I know my body, I know what works, I had X going on prior to using this product and then WITH this product I had X+Y as a result?"

I have heard good things about this product and based upon my experience with the AF Store, I am sure its worthwhile. But I would love to see a condensed write up of what it is, what it does, and experienced feedback from people that have used it and seen results.

The product description page, IMHO, from a sales and marketing standpoint, leaves a bit to be desired. Come on guys, I know you don’t want to have the AF Store ads sound like Weider Magazine BS (or a Nelson M. post .. LOL) but on the other hand they shouldn't read like a Masters Thesis in BioChem either. LOL

Somewhere in the middle of those two extremes (long rambling threads on a duscussion board, and a far-too-technically-oriented ad copy) is a good explanation of what this is, what it does, how it helps, and real-world reviews. Where is that?

Anyway, I am saying and asking this because I LIKE THE AF STORE and it sounds like this product is great, but I still don’t know what it really is, does, and don’t have the time to deal with the long posts or the chem-major approaches to its available descriptions.

So ….

What is it?

What does it do?

And where are the real reviews from people who can provide feedback as to how well it works?

Make it easier for us, your customers, to find this info and spend our money on your products!

Again, not complaining, I just have the feeling that the data that IS “out there” about this product, is not really doing it justice in terms of letting us know how good it REALLY IS.

Hi:)

Creatine works by: providing a phosphate atom that bind on to ADP, ADP is a "spent" form of ATP. ATP is mother nature "jet fuel" that is to say under Anarobic conditions (weigh lifting) the more you have the more cpacity to work increases hence damge and devlop the muscles.

Gplenish works by: icreasing blood plasma glutamine levels by providing a nutrient dense powder that refeeds you body from stomach to colon. Something normal Lglutamine can't do since most of it gets terminated by nay heat or PH changes.
thus when you take Creatine, Gplenish will HEAL YOU much quicker, and aid in being an anticatabolic as well, as well as being an antioxidant for post workout and replenish glycogen stores.

thus the Gplenish-Creatine- either (ALA for bulking) or Glucorell-r for total lean body environment will do more for the natural or off cycler then they would "expect"

which surprises them and gives me a huge source of satisfaction:)

it just taste erathy that all, but hey you only need 2-3 large tablespoons

Creatine is one of those things where you have to go to a reputable company for. I take the normal whit powder which is not even micronized by Sport Pharma Usa it ALWAYS works for me when cycled.

Weider crap on the other hand which was "micronized" or even EAS did shit for me

go figure
:)

luckily Gplenish will be comeing out with a Creatine Prodcut in the Future so hopefully we can give you the goods you can trust

I just tried some from ne of my supplier to be, and was not happy with it, when I find one I like I will pass it on:)

take care and PM me any time :)

Most of my clients are now using Gplenish w/ their fat-loss and bulking diets, anything from Balanced (isocaloric) to bulking (protein/carb cycling). Gplenish has been especially effective for TKDs and CKDs; for TKD it has increased anabolism post-workout (addition to the PW shake). For CKD it has been one of the biggest factors to aid in the growth increase cause by glycogen supercompensation.

Great product and I vouch 110% for it. I never vouch for something I don't use; thus, Gplenish is one of my favorite products personally.

X THANKYOU bro :)
