elite mail down?

i am flipping out i can't get into elite mail...i get a blank box with a like box in the top left with a triangle, square and circle..

i did a defragmentation of my hard drive and now it doesn't work...could that have erased something that i needed to load the pass phrase page?

Defrag never deletes anything,scandisk can do this sometimes,try restarting.

it works on my friends computer just not mine....wtf!!! is there something i need to fix in my settings?
