your SGPT (analine transam) is high and its 4 times normal which shows you have liver pathology most probably from the orals...the oral cause clogging of the hepatocytes and the transam (GPT) leaks out into the blood stream...get off the orals and the values will come down...my values run just over 50 when on a low dose of d-bol and can also be at that level with test but when your values are over 2 times normal its due to liver changes and not protein diet, etc...this is basic clinical pathology 101 believe me....good luck and better health
P.S.....i am a doctor
ptRick2 are you saying that strengths 4 times elevated level is going to to return to normal after stopping the orals, has damage been done and does (as I have been told) the liver repair itself ??
Yeah, cheers PtRick2. As Bbigman said, any more info would be appreciated. If I am off now for 2 weeks with just clen, clomid and GH; do you reckon I should be reasonably safe if I just stick to inj. on my next course? I will be getting another test just before it and monitoring it during.
get another test....ten days before i had a blood test i had taken d-bol 25mg/day for over a week to strengthen up...my SGPT read 57 10 days after i stopped...yesterday which would be about another 10 days after that first blood test i had another test and it came back 26! i wuz still on test and wuz taking multiple vitamnins so your liver can correct itself real fast as long as there is no scarring (cirrhosis) or hepatitis (virus)....the oral roids hit your liver harder than the injected ones as the injected pass to the heart to be circulated and the oral are absorbed by GI tract and then do directly through the liver...stay away from alcohol, too....hope this helps
I would love to help you out there Strength, but unfortunately I would recommend seeing a specialist. The liver is an amazing organ and can repair itself very quickly. I would drink plenty of water and remain off the orals until the issue is resolved.
I'd go easy on the vit. C. 6 grms is way too much. There have been some recent studies saying that supplemental vit. C may cause free radical damage and that one should try to get vit C from food source.
Don't have any details bro, I do know that it was headline news about 4-6 weeks ago. You may want to do a google search. Keep in mind, Linus Pauling who touted Vit C for everything died at 93. It was said that he took 30 grm/day. Does anyone "really" know?
