Electric shavers?

I got a few questions about electric shavers. I know for a fact im getting a quality one for christmas so I was wondering for those that use them are they alot better than normal shavers? Do they cut as close as straight blades like mach 3 etc? Also, have any of you tried shaving your balls/ass with an electric shaver? Was it better or a disaster?

You can only shave your ass/balls with a Seiko, otherwise it is a disaster..the Seiko will not "eat" soft/tender skin

ANY blade razor tears up my neck; have i been using electric shavers for years and years now.

i have tried (and rejected) just about every electric model on the market. except for.........

the Norelco Advantage model.........the one that shoots the goo outta the head.

with properly prepared skin (freshly washed, perspiration free) and liberal applications of the conditioner/lubricant from the built in applicator; i get a shave that is 99% as close as from a Mach 3, but WITHOUT the red bumps and skin irritation a Mach 3 gives me.

i am blue eyed and fair skinned, with darker heavy facial and body hair; a close shave is important to me and hard to get without the unwanted skin irritation showing thru.......HATE those red irriration bumps! the norelco advantage shaver RULES!!!!!!

I have both..I only use electric if Im in a hurry.. But the Mach III turbo is the best!

I got one of these Norelco Advantage models last year and it irritated the shit out of my skin on my face. It was the one that sprays moisturizer. Its bullshit.
