electric shaver question

is there any electric shavers that are good at preventing razor burn? i currently shave with a gillette sensor excel razor, and i get little rashes on my neck. it's not real bad, but enough to be annoying.

I tried it before but didnt work for me..It gave me bumps and iritation.
I switched back to the traditional razor. The after shave you use is important too.Just found out that Nivea is pretty cool..no iritations at all.

i am fair skinned, blue eyes and light colored hair (when i grow it out), show skin rashes and skin irritation easily.

i get great results with a norelco advantage electric shaver, the one that squirts the goo (nivea) that looks like.............well, never mind.

starting off with a freshly washed, perspiration and body oil free skin, moving the shaver SLOWLY in a clock wise direction, i get a shave that is 97% as close and a brand new mach 2 blade, but WITHOUT the red rash irritation and shaving bumps i get from blade razors.
