Elbow supports

I'm planning on purchasing some elbow supports from elitefts.com:

and I'm wondering how the size is determined. They offer M, L, and XL. I'm guessing medium, but I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure.

They are measured around the elbow. I have the XL and they are great .

A note on elbow supports:

Wear one on both the left and right elbow..elbow supports are not a single...Always wear one on each arm

Well, I showed them to Hannibal and Spatts, and they think they might be a little more support than I need.

I'm fighting a little tendonitis in my elbows right now, and ideally, I'd like to just use these until it gets better.

I hear you!!!! I use them for HELP on my over head press on contest day. Would NOT help your training at all...I understand.
