I recently switched chins out of my workout in favor of bb rows. When I first did the rows, I felt a tingling sensation in my left forearm and hand that came about halfway through the ROM. I dismissed it at first but later noticed that I had symptoms similar to tennis elbow even outside of the gym.
I'm a tennis player and have dealt with tennis elbow in the past, so I know how to handle this theraputically, but I do need to find out how this might have happened. Specifically, what could I change in my form to prevent this from recurring?
