elbow injuries suck

no stranger here. tore my lateral epichondril on my left elbow early 2001. healed and started training again and tore my medial epichondril on my right elbow late 2001. tore my lateral on the right a week ago ... fucking doing yard work! it's far worse than what i first did a couple years ago.

I shattered mah elbow when I was 14 playing tackle football on the conctrete, lol I know. mah elbow swelled up and I had a giant knot of aboot 2 inches sticking out on it. for some stupid reason I didnt go to the doctors until it started hurting 2 years later. They said there isnt much they can do since it healed wrong, they said they can try and fuse the bones back in place or try to rebreak them. I dont even want to think aboot how much that would hurt. now after a heavy workout mah elbow hurts really fucking bad, or if Im doing some kind of incline or where I press over the head it hurts. It took me aboot 3-4 years before i could throw a ball correctly again. sometimes it actually locks out on me and I have to "snap" it back in place so it will move. Shit maybe I should get it fixed, I can garentee it will only get worse.........

damn now you got me thinking, i think I will call the doc tomorrow
 
yeah my left elbow is all messed up. I can't do any tricep movement, except pressing stuff. whenever I extend it fully it pops. fuck.

Aren't all tricep excercises some type of press?

yes, that's why I said I can't do any tricep excersise EXCEPT a pressing movement.

skulls, pushdowns, etc, hurt way to much.

after the first time, i could only do concentration curls ... nothing else would stabilize my elbow for a pain free arm workout. then when i did my right elbow the first time, i couldn't do any db work for that triceps. back to rehab doing wrist curls and stretching. the last time, i was in so much pain i had to do them with pinky neoprenes and work up from there. if it weren't for the throbbing i'd be more pissed right now.

yeah it sux for that as well, especially when i do heavy pushdowns
