I'm sure this has been asked 1000 times before, but I need an answer too. On my carton of LARGE eggs it says 1 serving=1egg & 1 egg contains 6g of protein. How much does it contain minus the yoke. I think I was told 3 at one time but I am not sure.

the yolk actuially contains very little in compairson to the white, also the yolk in one has 100 percent of your daily cholestrol so eleminate that shit

I usually will scramble up a dozen eggs, 10 with just the whites and 2 with the whole egg. So I was curious how much protein was in that.
