Real eggs -- get 2 18 packs at Costco for less than $3 for both......8 cents an egg....

I put 3 dozen egg whites in a large plastic bowl. Then, cook in micro for about 6 mins. That gives you about 5 servings of protien. If I'm want to spice it up, I put in some mushrooms, onions, salsa, etc.

I do this every other week.

mostly liquid egg whites. I'm a man of convinience, and not having to crack and separate the white from the yolk is very convinient for me.

Chicken farm.
I helped build a big chicken coup and went and bought 24 chicks 2 months ago.
Come September, all the fresh eggs I need and want. I go through shitfulls of eggs.
Plus there are a couple of roosters in the bunch.
First one to cock-a-doodle gets Crak600'd G!
