There's mixed opinions on this.
Some in the medical profession believes the cholesterol in egg yolks contributes to heart disease, blood pressure etc.... while others say it doesn't. They can't seem to decide. I try to keep a pretty close eye on the debate because I love eggs and would eat hundreds of them (while bulking) if I wasn't concerned about what I could be doing to my long-term health.
So, while the medical profession hasn't decided conclusively whether eggs contribue to LDL (bad cholesterol) or not.... most people limit the amount of yolks to no more than a few a day.
Keep in mind, however.... that good or bad for your heart, the yolks are very high in fat. So you could see your bodyfat levels increase somewhat, depending on the rest of your diet.
I personally think what you're eating is okay.... it's about what I eat when I'm bulking. I hate seperating eggs, and I hate wasting half of it. Besides, when you throw away the yolks, you also throw away half the protein, amino acids and various fat-soluble vitamins and minerals.
So I don't wanna say yes or no either way.... if you're gunna eat eggs like that, would probably be smart to take other precautions, like eat lots of fibre, and do some cardio once in a while.
