Look the real old gaurd is gone. I'm really the last of the original newbies.

The real old gaurd had no trouble telling you were full of shit.
The real old gaurd use to post up videos of themesleves fucking on web cams.
The real old gaurd didn't need 50 mods because they would flame someone out of existance.
The real old gaurd had nuts, they weren't nuts.
The real old gaurd just didn't give a shit about all this stupid tit.

I was actually around in mid 2001, I just never registered until April 2002.

I enjoyed reading back then, KAYNE, HI, Frackal, Bullit, SSME, Nathan, Happyscrappy, AAP, N.B., Satanic GS, beastboy, ...the list goes on and on of funny posters back then

Sure, this place has changed, but it still is the best site and the people crack me up everyday.
Some of the FUNNIEST shit I've ever read, EVER, has been on Elite.

But I do miss alot of people. Hell, they may have different names now.

But Vixenbabe, Thickdog, Havoc, Special Bill, SSME, Checkmatebloated, Flexed1 (Austin bro), AAP, Wodin, Mr.db, Chefwide, Velvett and Goatslayer have always been my favorites. I missed many others.

But the new people keep me young.....

Plus, George is the man....

This board got my thru the stress of prepping for my 2nd venture into bb competition in late 2000, though I'm a registered member as of early 2001 and I learned more from a few very special peeps on these boards than I have in most fo the rest of my life.

One I do-Smallmovesal. Oh and S.Goatslayer, since he doesn't post nearly as much as he used to.

the steal beast use to rip the hell out of smallmvesal. that was great. may1010, ryanH, dballer was cool. even 2thick and fonz kept it exciting around here.

we need some props to the new gaurd also, some nice pranks have been pulled here with alot of drama. thats what makes this place fun to come to. the bullshit.

Probably not a lot of you even remember Rottens board and our full out invasion on this other EZ fantasy board, HILARIOUS shit that lead to SLice of Peach comming here, getting involved with superdave, and bringing about one HELLUVA drama for good ole EF and the other boards involved. That type of shit will never happen again the way it is

Personally I think the Current GSpellwin is just an iconic name that various administrators have access to so they can promote the site and various deals or what not

At one point I do belive he actually posted on here bc he had his own personality, the Fuck you to Plifter examplifies this, the way his SN posts now is routine and is all about business and shows no human traits. Thats just what I think I could be dead wrong and only notice those specific kinds of posts

I think it's just that Spellwin has matured and doesn't have the time or inclination to make controversial posts anymore. It may be that he's just older and has better things to do, if you notice the posts he does make are all centered around capital ventures. He's all about the paperchase.

I loved when Wodin, Corn, and Havoc would flame all the time. I miss DOT. I found endless amusement in the threads of Happyscrappy, SSME, and NB. There really are too many to name. But this place sure amused the hell out of me at work until around 03 when my work blocked the site. Damn them.

I remember Ranger's poem "Why I do it" (I think it was called) gave me chills the first time I read it.
 
Thanks...things could be better. We just got back from a Disney cruise, but the week prior we experienced another miscarriage. But...I do have a wife and daughter I'm crazy about...so things aren't totally bad.
