are this vitamins as effective as the ones in capsule form? I have the impression that because they taste so good they might be loaded with sugar.

You're probably right. Of course you can confirm this by looking at the ingredients. As for effectiveness - no not really.
In terms of vitamins, they might be just as effective. However, this sweetness means that they have sugar added, and you don't want that. So you can just get a multivitamin that has nothing bu the vitamins, such as Ruthless 3D.
Just read the ingredients. You want to watch out for artificial ingredients as well as sugars and fillers.
The vitamins are equally effective but you are getting a bunch of sugar along with the vitamins which obviously you don't want. It's almost like taking something to improve your health and wreck your health at the same time. Seems sort of counterproductive to me.
Just get a regular multivitamin in pills. Don't fix what isn't broken.
