Is it the Ephedra Supercap? Cuz then it comes out as 68mg of pure ephedrine.

I have used it for years with no side effects so was thinking what is all this talk about a ban. Then a guy at work who is not in bad health tries 2 doses in 8 hours. The next thing his heart rate was 160 and he couldn't maintain consciousness because his heart is so fast his brain isn't getting enough oxygen. Still can't see working out without it.

Uh I don't know how much you know about medicine but the harder and faster your heart beats the MORE blood pumps through your arteries and the MORE oxygen your brain gets.

Couple this with the fact that ephedrine opens up your airways (it is originally an asthma drug) and your theory is preposterous.

It was probably due to anxiety.

I was reading that most of the stimulates that we take cause almost a fight or flight responce which increases cortisol levels. Which would be especially bad if you train at night when your cortisol levels are low and your body wants to repair and recover. Just recently heard this and wanted to know what you all thought.

I can feel mine totally swolen, or something down by my balls is after taking ephedrine. Stop your flow of urine, you can totally feel its swolen by your PC muscle area, its painful and scary for me heh. I dont know if I really want to be taking it eph anymore after find that out.

sorry to hear about your prostate problem but my and a bunch of other dudes been dancing with efed for years.
never had pain anywhere, and never did it stop the flow of urine.
