Suspension, I read that in a nutrition magazine, I think from the life extension foundation but I'm not positive, way back in like '93. Which is well before it became popular. As I recall, in some area of the world, that's what the women take it for. I guess if I looked, I could find it again, I'll try and post if I do.

Interesting, I did not think it's effects would be that noticeable that you could even think of replacing alcohol to any degree.
I hope it's effects are not placebo!!!!!

Just got some kava kava in concentrate and standardized liquid form from GNC. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm comparing to all the other crap I've tried like GHB/1,4 bdo soma solutions, flower power, GH neurosurge, enliven, rejoov/GBL renewtrient pills, verve, REM,(other assorted GBL stuff from las vegas), xanax, rohyponol, valium, klonopin, restoril, celexa, paxil, sonata, propranolol, other sleeping type pills I cant remember the names. POINT IS I"ve done it all.. so I'd really like to see how this works. Yeah I have anxiety sometimes, it's not so bad, but I'd like to feel more relaxed, calm, and focused. So far the only thing thats really worked well without any side affects, working out, swimming, surfing.
