Bush is not Against Stem Cell Research. In fact he has upped the funding on it.
What he IS against is funding for research on certain LINES of Stem cells that
require human fetal embryos to be harvested.

And yes, you could say it is due to his moral beliefs of when life begins and that
he feels promoting this research would produce a demand for fetal cells.
