Sam doesn't have time to hit us up. Sam's head is stuck somewhere in the back of the computer box fidgeting with wires and electrodes and things trying to get this to work. That's why Sam needs us to zap karma back and forth so that EF can make sure the system is operational.

It's a little known trivia fact about EF Sam... but Sam brings a lunch box full of tools to work at EF every day. Sam can fix anything from a 1950s Univac computer to a bagel toaster. Sam is very handy.

Remember... start at teh bottom of the list and work backwards. Don't send karma just to the people at the top. If you do that the same 8 people get all teh karma and late comers get nothing on the test.

This just in - EF Sam just messaged me on AOL Messenger (Sam and I yack a lot about stuff.) It seems Sam has gotten a green light to start blinking on the CPU of the EF computer. Sam is pretty sure this means they are close to getting the karma thing fixed.

If we just send for a little while longer we will have this whole karma bug taken care of.

Karma fix UPDATE -

EF Sam just sent me a picture on AOL Messenger. It's cute as a button. Sam's in her coveralls all covered with grease. She's got the entire back of the EF main server taken apart... and spread around on the office floor.

Unfortunately, she brought her plumbing tools to work today - not her computer tools - so mostly she is having to fix stuff with a big wrench and one of those twirly snake things... but she is gettign the job done.

Sam says she's got three green lights flashing on the mother board now. Two more and she's got this karma bug fixed.
