hey everyone,i am new here i will tell you a little about myself then maybe yall can help me

i am 19y/o i love working out,keeps me out of trouble lol umm,i only weight 160lbs my diet sucks and i want to change that ,trying to learn more about diet and when to eat what types of food and etc...My goal is 180lbs

umm,supps i use or have used:100% whey protein and the 100% casein whey protein multivit ,was thinking about using a weight gainer but i didnt know if that was a good move to make

so my question is,can yall help me on diet ,or point me in the right direction for some good websites on diet,ty much love,B-cool


P.S dont worry abotu asking me what my current diet is becuase there is none i just eat
 
heres a start for you. eat 6 meals per day spread evenly. make each meal 50% protein from beef, eggs, chicken, or fish. 35% carbs from a mixture of green veggies and any of the following, sweat potato, red skin potato, oats, or other whole grains. and 15% fats from olive oil, nuts, mac nut oil.
if you want to replace any of these meals with a shake use a whey isolate powder that is low fat and low carb. mix like this.
1 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup mixed frozen berries
blended

dont do this more than 2 times per day. make sure you eat the meals and make them big

in addition to this eat 1 apple and 1 banana every day and drink lots of water.

this is a good start point you will have to teach yourself from seing how you respond to this. try not to get to cought up in the numbers to much just fill yout plate up with the foods and stay close to those percentages.
 
ok Joe D thanks for the reply, and for the info,man that helps a good bit,since it is really hard for me to gain wieght so i add in a weight gainer to?or just keep eating big plates of the right food

id start with the meals. after a couple weeks if you dont start seeing the gains then start adding glasses of milk between meals. stay away from gainers for now. its best to get your self set with food before you start the sups.
 
5-9..im not much of a bodybuilder,was a martial artist/boxer growing up worked out for fun but wasnt serous about it,i wanna to get for real about it,but wanna body sculput not be massavie
