Ok, there are 2 of these threads on the first page of the anabolic board right now. Guys come on, I've said it before and I'll say it again: A guy with average genetics can look like Ed Norton in less than one year by simply eating clean, doing a little cardio and by working out 3 times a weeks, without juice or suppliments. There are probably 20 or 30 18 and 19 year old kids who have bodies like that at my gym, and they don't even know how to train. These threads are embarassing, especially when someone who has a couple of cycles under their belt comments on how jacked ed norton or brad pitt looked in this movie or that movie... if you are juicing and do not look 10 times better than that, you probably do not know how to eat or how to train.

ya I don't think he's jacked, I just threw his name in mine cause I thought it was funny that someone else said he was..

variation, yeah I know you were making a joke bro, but alot of people are serious when they say it. It just blows my mind.

Huck, haha yeah I guess you're right. I'm probably wasting my time trying to point out the stupidity of these type of threads, there will just be 2 more tomarrow.

prohormones, clean diet, 100% focus and time for gaining mass( nothing else than eat, sleap, train..). A PT that knows what he/she is doing and knows what works for you. That is what you need probably. And they can afford it.

Ed Norton, nah....But, Vin Diesel, now theres a MONSTER, would love that guy's cycles, He HAS to use a ton of AAS, Growth, and 'Slin......hahahm jk, I feel the same......My 14 year old brother looks more jacked than all of the guys people post about, which makes me believe that the people posting don't know their ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to training, nutrition, and drugs.

Let me sum it up......To look athletic, and in decent shape, You do NOT need AAS, you do NOT need to train very intensly....you just need to eat reasonable clean, and do some type of physical activity a few times a week.

Good thread.

when American history x first came out i thought Ed Norton looked huge! a couple years later i watched the movie again and realized that i am now considerably larger at close to the same body fat than he was then, and i have never touched AAS, or any supplement other than a little protein powder.

Did AC Slater juice when on Saved By The Bell? He was shredded. I think it rubbed off on Screach because hes crazy big now.

I think the point that some people are trying to make is that a person doesn't even need much to achieve the previous Nortonesque physique. So...forget the prohormones, and the personal trainer, and the live-to-train mentality. If you include these things (although I'd forget the PT in any case), you will get there faster. But if you don't, it's just a matter of time, provided you have enough information to get you past plateaus (which a site like EF can provide you with).
