I have an ectomorph build. Since Febuary I have went from 155 to 177. Bench went up 50 pounds and am pretty proud about what I have done. BUT I used to be a runner in highschool and was so cut. Now that I have been eating more protein I am not as cut. Even though I still eat well....I am a Type 1 Diabetic so I am forced to haha. Meaning a lot of protein, few safe carbs, and low in fat.
Anyways...my question.....Should I do low-intensity cardio such as stationary bike for 30 min...twice a week. Or should do High-intensity? I am afraid to start running a lot again because I dont want to lose any of my muscle that I have gained. Is there a better way for me to get cut?
