Great experience so far with the company - ordered some clen and it got here within just a couple weeks to the US - Great job there.

I am just wondering when and what I should notice?

I am starting with 20 mcg twice a day for the first week.

Btw - they are the smallest tabs ive seen in my life and 40mcg per.

I just realized I am probably bigger than most on here - maybe not - ha - but I am 6'1 245lbs, so I changed my starting doseage to 20mcg 3x per day to see if I start to fill that... I will keep this updated as I go through it until I notice the goods
